Valens Variation:
Hephastio used a straight proportion of the times through all levels of decennials, but Valens re-proportioned the 3rd and 4th levels to match the 1st and 2nd levels. Select from the radio group in the decennial time lord options which method you wish to research. On the first two subdivisions, both procedures are the same.
