Arranging Toolbars:
The time lords interface has been streamlined considerably since version 1.0. The controls that you need are now showing in the toolbar at the top; and there are 2 splitter controls; one between the listbox at bottom and the listbox at left and 3 combo boxes, and another between the chart listbox and the 3 combo boxes at the right. You will probably want to rearrange the toolbars so that you can narrow the window enough to see the birth chart and time lords side-by-side:
