Creating Acrobat Files:
You can create an Acrobat (*.pdf) file of a chart from 2 different locations. With the chart you want showing in the main chart viewer, click on the Acrobat button as shown below:
If you already have the Print Preview open, you can do it from that window as well, by selecting the menu item as shown below:
There is also a speed button at top right visible here that you can click as well. The Pdf file will be created in the directory that you specified for Pdf files to be created in.
