The template file name entry field is found directly below the scaling of Gif images in the Html Report Options window:
Make sure you get the name as well as the extension (.htm or .html) spelling correct, or when you try to generate a report, Delphic Oracle will generate a file not found error.
This file serves as input for the report generator. You can have as many templates as you want (just copy from the comment <!-- Begin Delphic Oracle Report --> to <!-- End Delphic Oracle Report --> to any html file you use as your site template. Give it a new name and put it in your "Templates" directory under Delphic Oracle.
