Accessing the Atlas
Assuming that you have the Atlas installed, the Atlas can be reached by clicking the blue globe button immediately to the right of the Place field.
It is not necessary to view the Atlas window directly. If you have the "ACS Atlas Auto Lookup" checkbox checked, then the atlas does it's work behind the scenes and only appears if the city / state was not found in the database or more than one entry was found in the database and you need to specify which location to use more directly.
