Use Microsoft Streets:
By typing your location into the Address edit box in MS Streets, you will get a map of your location. In the MS Streets menu, select Tools | Location Sensor. Then hover your mouse over the location on the map. You can get coordinates shown in either decimal or degree notation. One you have these, you can click the middle button to the right of the Place field as show below:
This will bring up the "Input Decimal Coordinates" window:
The most important thing to be aware of is the need for a minus sign in the western or southern hemispheres. For instance, longitude in my location should be something like "-76.0918".
